I curate a weekly newsletter by picking up one nomad destination and providing you short, sweet, and useful directory about that place.
I start with Lisbon in the 1st issue as it is the hottest European Nomad capital since the pandemic started. I am also moving there in March for at least 3 months. Frankly, Portugal🇵🇹 is my fav country in Europe <3
Lisbon Nomad Directory
Nomad life cost: 1250 EUR on min. monthly budget
Calculation based on monthly rent around 500-750 EUR for 1br apartment, studio, or private room. You mostly cook at home. Weekends dining out.

Internet speed: Average 18-20 Mbps
In central Lisbon, which is good enough for Zoom calls, e-mail, Netflix, surfing.
It depends on where you stay. If your stay equipped with fiber optic internet, probably it will be at least 50 Mbps.
Safety: Very safe, peaceful
Weather: Mild winters with an average of 15°C day time. There are also many sunny days in winter. Summer is really hot, often exceeds 35°C. Beach vibes!
Nomad Community: Very vibrant and active every season. Co-working spaces are good spots to meet like-minded remote workers in Lisbon. You can also join Lisbon Digital Nomads groups on Facebook to meet new nomads.
